The very large number of delegates and the limited time available for lunch, may make it difficult to have lunch in the restaurants and bars around the congress venue. To overcome this problem, the following lunch options have been predisposed by the Congress Organization.

1. Lunch boxes

Lunch boxes will be distributed at the congress venue for each of the 5-days: Monday 30th - Friday 4th. The cost for five days is 80 Euro.

The lunch box consists of a full airplane-style lunch contained in a box distributed in the congress venue, it includes first and second courses, dessert, a bottle of mineral water. Lunch areas will be organized inside the congress venue.

The 5-days lunch boxes should be paid in advance through the "orders and payments" area on your record a.s.a.p. Please, note that it will not be possible to buy lunch boxes during the congress.

The 5-days lunch boxes can be bought either together or separate (for those who have already paid the registration fees) from the registration fees.

2. Taverna Excelsior lunch seats(limited number)

A limited number of lunch buffet seats will be available at the Taverna of Hotel Excelsior. The unit cost for each lunch is Euro 35,00. Please, note that it will not be possible to buy lunches at the Taverna of Hotel Excelsior during the congress.

The lunches at the Taverna of Hotel Excelsior can be bought either together or separate (for those who have already paid the registration fees) from the registration fees.

3. Restaurant list

Nearby the congress venue there are other offers for having lunch. A list of restaurants will be available soon on the Congress website.


NOTE: The time available for lunch is limited and the number of people attending the conference is very large. Bars and restaurants around the congress venue may not have adequate capacity. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO BUY LUNCH BOXES OR BUFFET LUNCH TICKETS.
