Submission of Abstracts

Authors are invited to submit individual contributions to any of the Minisymposia listed in the Minisymposia page. In the case the authors do not want to make a choice, the Minisymposia field may be left blank (“to be decided” option) but one or more Topics have to be selected among those available in the Congress Topics list. In this latter case, the collocation of the paper in the appropriate session will be decided by the Scientific Committee. Both, registration and submission of abstracts and, once being accepted, final contribution, should be electronic clicking here

Format instructions
Full instructions for writing and submitting contributions are available here. Authors are asked to send their abstracts in .pdf format. Other formats will not be accepted.

Acknowledgement of receipt of abstract
The receipt of an abstract will be acknowledged automatically via email. The preliminary program will be posted on the Congress website few months prior to the Congress

Author Notification
Acceptance / Rejection letters will be sent according to the schedule

Author Registration
Acceptance of papers for presentation is conditional to receiving the final version of the abstract and the payment of the presenting author's congress registration fee during the advance period (until February 28). Information available here. Please note that only one paper per registered author is allowed.

Publication
Contributions will be included in the Congress Proceedings after the registration fee is paid by one of the authors.

Technical Details for Oral Presentation
All sessions have one LCD projector, one desktop PC, one laser pointer and one projection screen. All computer-based presentations will use Microsoft Power Point or Acrobat Reader.
